Ciaran Doyle gives his top QB and WR stacks to consider for Week 6’s main DraftKings fantasy football slate.
Week 6 of the NFL season is here, which means yet another opportunity to win a million dollars on DraftKings. There are 10 games to choose from on Sunday’s main slate, which means there are plenty of opportunities to find great value. The key to a winning lineup can sometimes be stacking a QB and WR from the same team, in hopes they can connect for touchdowns and double up your fantasy points for each one. There are many intriguing stacking options this week, but below are my four favorites.

4. Dak Prescott ($6,700)/ Ceedee Lamb ($8,600), Detroit Lions at Dallas Cowboys
This duo is not cheap this week, but for good reason. The Cowboys are matched up against the Lions, who have given up the seventh most FPTS to opposing quarterbacks and second most to opposing receivers. Dak has gotten off to a decent start this season, as he is second in passing yards and fifth in passing touchdowns. Ceedee Lamb hasn’t had the start to the season that he probably envisioned, currently ninth in the league in receiving yards and only two touchdowns.
This is the perfect spot for these two to get back on track, with the Lions ranked 27th in the league against the pass. Lamb has had at least 60 receiving yards in every game this year but has yet to have a breakout game where he goes over 100. I think this could be the week he breaks out, and if it’s not this week, then when?
3. Jared Goff ($6,400)/ Amon-Ra St. Brown ($8,100), Detroit Lions at Dallas Cowboys
For my second duo, I will be taking another pair from the same game. Detroit vs. Dallas has the highest total on DraftKings Sportsbook this Sunday (52.5), so what better game to attack than this one? Similar to Lamb, it’s been a tough start to the season for St.Brown. It has been even worse in his case, as he’s ranked 37th in the league in receiving yards. The Lions had a bye week in Week 5, so those numbers aren’t exactly fair to St.Brown. However, that kind of disappointment won’t last long, because we all know how good of a receiver he is. He had his best game in Week 2 against Tampa Bay, where he recorded 11 catches for 119 yards. The two weeks since then have been disappointing, but I think this is a perfect bounce-back spot for him.
As for his quarterback, Jared Goff has been as solid as it gets this year. Although he hasn’t had a game where he’s exploded for a ton of fantasy points, he’s thrown for over 253 yards per game, while completing over 70% of his passes. His 95.3 rating is tied with Brock Purdy for 13th in the league. Goff’s fantasy ceiling will always be limited due to his mobility, but I wouldn’t be shocked if he and St.Brown connected for a couple of scores on Sunday.
2. Lamar Jackson ($7,800)/ Zay Flowers ($6,500), Washington Commanders at Baltimore Ravens
Lamar Jackson is the highest-priced QB on the slate, and rightfully so. He leads all players in fantasy points this season, averaging 26.9 per game. He is currently ninth in the league in passing yards and eighth in rushing yards. Being in the top 10 in both categories is mind-boggling, and Jackson’s dual-threat ability has been a fantasy goldmine this season. Between the air and the ground, he’s combined for 11 touchdowns this year.
As for Flowers, it’s been an up-and-down season. He’s had two games with 91 yards or more and three with 37 or less. The good news? He’s coming off his best game of the season, where he caught seven balls for 111 yards against the Bengals. He has been inconsistent, but if Baltimore is going to have a big game through the air, he will surely be part of it. He leads the team in targets and receiving yards, so if Jackson can get things going through the air, it should be a big day for his favorite target as well. The Commanders have given up the eighth most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks and seventh most to opposing receivers. This feels like a great spot for this duo to have themselves a day.
1. Jayden Daniels ($7,300)/Terry McLaurin ($6,400), Washington Commanders at Baltimore Ravens
Once again, I will be taking two stacks from the same game. This one has the second-highest total on DraftKings Sportsbook for Sunday’s slate (51.5), so hopefully this is another shootout. The numbers certainly suggest so, as these are two great offenses facing off against two struggling defenses. Jayden Daniels has quickly become one of the most electric players to watch in the league. He plays the game in a similar way to Jackson and is very much a dual threat. The rookie has been playing lights out to start the season. He is second in fantasy scoring for quarterbacks, only trailing Jackson. He is fifth in the entire league in fantasy points, only trailing Jackson, Kamara, Henry and Collins. He has the third-highest QBR in football, and his passer rating is fifth. I can go on and on about Daniels, but you get the point. He is good at the football.
His connection with Terry McLaurin has only improved as the season has gone on. The first two weeks were disappointing, but over the last three, McLaurin has 15 catches, 264 receiving yards and two scores. If these two can have another big week, it could result in huge fantasy numbers as the Ravens allow the fourth most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks and the fourth most to opposing receivers. This game should be a shootout, so make sure you get this QB/WR stack in your lineup.
